At MINISFORUM, we stand behind the quality of our mini PCs and offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy alongside a 30-day window for defective hardware exchanges. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at support@minisforum.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

  Technical Assessment

  Our technicians will review your request and, if applicable, provide troubleshooting steps or issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the device securely in its original box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure efficient processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your unit for hardware integrity, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
