Do MINISFORUM products come with a warranty?

Yes, all our mini PCs come with a 2-year limited warranty covering hardware defects. Accessories and peripherals are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Are the mini PCs upgradeable?

Most MINISFORUM models are designed for easy upgrades. Users can typically expand the RAM and storage (SSD/HDD) by removing the bottom panel without voiding the warranty.
